Advertising and affiliate disclosure

1. The short version

Some pages may show marked links or cards for online casinos. If you open an account or make a deposit after clicking one, the casino may pay Scoreo a commission. You never pay more because of it. The statistics on this site come from the games' public results feeds and are not touched by any commercial relationship.

2. How affiliate links work

An affiliate link carries a code that tells the operator you arrived from Scoreo. If you register and play, the operator may pay us a fixed amount per new customer, a share of its revenue from your play, or a combination. The commission comes from the operator's marketing budget, not from your balance, and the odds, bonuses and terms you get are the operator's standard ones.

We have no view into your account, deposits or bets. The operator only tells us that a customer arrived through our link and what the commission is.

3. Editorial independence

• Every result, statistic, counter and archive on Scoreo is computed from recorded rounds by the same code for every game. No partner can change a figure, hide a result, or influence how a game is described.
• We do not publish "reviews" written to sell, and we do not rank operators by what they pay us.
• We never present a game as beatable, a result as predictable, or a bonus as "due" to encourage play. Our responsible gambling page is linked from every page of the site.
• Statistics pages carry affiliate cards only in the clearly separated "Where to play" area, never inside the data.

4. How we choose partners

We only link to operators that:

• hold a gambling licence that is valid for the visitor's country or region;
• actually carry the game on the page where the link appears;
• offer deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and verify age;
• have no unresolved record of withholding player withdrawals that we are aware of.

If a partner stops meeting these conditions, its links are removed.

5. Where offers are and are not shown

Casino cards are geo-targeted: a visitor sees, at most, operators licensed where they are. Nothing is shown where online gambling is illegal, and nothing is shown to visitors who have told us they are under 18. Search engines and visitors from countries without a licensed partner see the statistics with an empty "Where to play" area. As of the date above, no partner offers are live yet; this page describes the rules that apply when they are.

6. How links are labelled

Affiliate links are marked with "Ad" or "Sponsored" and carry the rel="sponsored" attribute so that search engines treat them correctly. Editorial links to other sites, such as help lines or providers' rule pages, are unmarked and unpaid. Any content produced with a commercial partner would be labelled as such at the top of the page.

7. Rules we follow

Disclosure of paid relationships is required by advertising and consumer protection rules in most countries, including the US FTC's Endorsement Guides, the UK CAP Code enforced by the ASA, and the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive. Gambling advertising is further restricted by national law and by licence conditions that operators pass on to their affiliates: no targeting of minors, no claims that gambling solves financial problems, no suggestion that skill or systems beat games of chance, and mandatory age and responsible-gambling messaging.
