1. What Scoreo is

Scoreo ("we", "us") publishes statistics about the past results of live casino game shows and related games. We record results from the games' public results feeds and present them as tables, charts, counters and archives.

Scoreo is not a gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold player funds, run games, or offer any way to wager on this site. There are no user accounts and nothing to buy. We are an independent publisher and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Spribe or any casino.

2. Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related content where you live if that is higher.
• Gambling is restricted or illegal in some countries and regions. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are. Nothing on this site is an invitation to gamble where doing so is unlawful.
• If you are excluded from gambling, self-excluded, or in recovery from problem gambling, we ask you not to use the casino links on this site. Help is listed on our responsible gambling page.

3. No predictions, no advice

Every figure on Scoreo describes rounds that have already happened. The games we track use certified random number generators or provably fair algorithms, and each round is independent of the ones before it. A long gap since a bonus, a "hot" segment or a streak does not change the odds of the next round.

Nothing on this site is a prediction, a tip, a signal or financial or betting advice. Labels such as "overdue", "due soon" or "hot" describe the past against the game's published odds; they are not forecasts. Any decision to gamble, and any loss that follows, is yours alone.

4. Data accuracy and availability

Results are recorded from public feeds as we receive them. Feeds can be delayed, interrupted, corrected or discontinued without notice, and our own service can fail. We work to keep the archive complete, but we do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete or current, and we may correct or remove data at any time. Where a figure matters to you, verify it with the game operator.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, charts and compiled statistics on Scoreo are ours or licensed to us. You may quote our statistics and short excerpts for non-commercial purposes with a visible link to the page you took them from. Any other reproduction, including republishing our archives or feeding our data into another product, needs our written permission.

Game names, logos and artwork such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Ice Fishing and Aviator are trademarks and copyrighted works of their owners, including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Spribe and Hasbro. We use them only to identify the games whose public results we report. No affiliation or endorsement is implied. Rights holders who want material changed or removed can contact us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access the site with automated tools at a rate that burdens the service, or bypass measures that limit access;
• present our data as predictions, "signals" or guaranteed outcomes, or use it to market gambling to minors or to people in places where gambling is unlawful;
• frame, mirror or resell the site or its data;
• interfere with the site's security or with other visitors' use of it.

7. Third-party sites and affiliate links

Some pages may carry marked links or cards for licensed casinos. If you open an account or deposit through such a link we may receive a commission. This never changes the statistics we publish. The details are in our advertising and affiliate disclosure.

Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content, offers, licensing, payments or conduct. Play only at operators licensed for your jurisdiction.

8. Warranties and liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoreo and the people who run it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including gambling losses, lost profits, and indirect or consequential loss, even if we were told such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects consumer rights you have under the law where you live.

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be noted on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of Georgia, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to a different forum.
